“ What an amazing spot! Bricks is the place to be when looking for an enjoyable evening, friendly staff and great food. The pizzas are toptier and I recommend them to anyone who hasnt given them a taste already! The Sweet and Salty Pig is especially delicious. The staff are also both incredibly friendly and helpful. With the wonderful food, staff, and atmosphere, I will definitely be back soon! ”
“ Theres only one other restaurant that has pizza this good and its in Colorado, that one is called brown dog pizza. Both of them including this restaurant serve Detroit style deep dish pizza. So good. We did order dessert but I cannot recommended, it was called the Non Non Non. It was essentially a overcooked dry chocolate chip cookie with some vanilla ice cream. ”
“ Bricks corner sets the standard for good Detroit style pizza in SLC! The crust is perfectly cooked and has a good bite to it. It isnt too hard, nor too soft. It is not hard to the teeth, nor is it like drinking the pizza. They use what I think is a proper, fresh Wisconsin brick cheese on the pizza, as there are two noteworthy qualities about the cheese on the pizza. One, it is piled on there THICK! Seriously, after three slices, a cheese brick will form on your stomach. Two, the cheese touches the edge of the pan they cook it in, creating a nice edge crust made of browned, crispy cheese. This provides an extra kick of tangy flavor to the pizza. The sauce is quite good. They pile it on high and in globs over the cheese, true to the craft of Detroit style pizza. Its clear that they add other ingredients to the sauce to give it some extra flavor and to cut its acidity level down. However, its flavor is a little too heavy on the tomato profile. If there is one minor thing they could do to make the pizza better, then Id suggest putting in a bit more garlic in the sauce, and putting some more whole onions into the sauce during the simmering process. 810, very good pizza! I will 100 be back to try other options on the menu! ”
“ By far the best pizza in Utah, with the added bonus of being Detroit Style. Food was hot and delicious. Waitress was also very nice and recommended us the best cheese bread I think weve ever had. Definitely a MustGo. ”
“ We came for the keto sausage crust and we were not disappointed! Everything we got was absolutely delicious, and the service and vibes were great. Spent 65 including tip for the two of us. We will definitely be back. Just like the other reviews say, parking is nonexistent, so park in the neighborhood! ”
“ Found this place just doing a random Google search when looking for dinner options whike out here. They serve great Detroitstyle pizza. We got the sweet salty pig pizza, and the importance of fried cheesemozzarella sticks. Both were good but the pizza was amazing. Very filling. You can share the pizza between two, maybe three people. Everyone cant do Detroit style pizza good, but BC does it well. Everything we saw come out the kitchen looked good. Drinks were good as well. Theres a bar setup thats sort of separated. Parking is the only challenge, so just park on the street. ”
“ That pizza was amazing! Although this is a bar, there is a separation between the bar and the eating area, so it was totally family friendly. We ordered the fried cheese appetizer and the Brick House pizza to feed 3 adults and it was plenty of food we left happy and full. I dont typically like mushrooms, but the other two wanted them. Turns out they didnt bother me at all. In fact, this was so good! Im dreaming about our next visit already. It reminds me a lot of Via313, only the food comes out way faster and its thicker crust and more filling. ”
“ Possibly the best service Ive ever received in Salt Lake and it was carry out. The guy was so nice and helpful and made sure we got a pizza we were going to love. Great atmosphere as well and would definitely hang at the bar and watch sports here. ”
